greenfiend03 has made 146 awesome Dasey videos and she has 623 video subscribers right now! She joined Youtube on December 16th, 2006. So here's the first ever 'Spotlight Daseyer Interview'...An IM conversation with Greenfiend03:
Dasey Online: Greenfiend, I know you make videos (good job by the way) but do you also write fanfiction?
Greenfiend03: Yes, I wrote one story called 'My Fake Date', but I'm a very slow updater.
Dasey Online: Do you like to write fanfics greenfiend03? Or are videos more your thing?
Greenfiend03: I guess videos are more my thing, but writing stories can be fun for me too.
Dasey Online: OH, and I keep calling you greenfiend03...What is your real name?
Greenfiend03: Lol, my real name is Rachel.
Dasey Online: Hehe. Thank you ^^. Your obviously a huge fan of dasey by the mass amounts of Dasey videos I've seen by you...Can you remember the first time you heard about Dasey?
Greenfiend: I can't remember when I first heard of Dasey, I do however remember when I first thought of Dasey though. It was actually before the show aired on Family Channel (in Canada). There was this commercial that kept playing for it, and when I heard Casey say 'Derek is SO going DOWN', I automatically thought they were perfect for each other, weirdly enough.
Dasey Online: Wow, you really did fall in love with the ship. So Im looking at your videos on youtube right now. I see that you've made 146 so far! Quite a triumph. Do you remember (without peaking) your first Dasey video?
Greenfiend03: Yes, it was called 'Kiss Me Kill Me', I only had a few clips back then.
Dasey Online: Aw, and I thought I could stump you with that one. You uploaded it December 26th 2006. Were you apprehensive the first time you put it up? Can you reccomend anything to the newer Dasey video makers out there?
Greenfiend03: I actually wasn't the least bit apprehensive because I knew were a lot of other Dasey videos already. I guess I'd recommend newer Dasey viders out there to remember that originality is always good, and that you should always have patience while editing a video. :)
Dasey Online: What's the one that you had the worst time editing? Any memories of really bad effect troubles?
Greenfiend03: I would have to say my video called 'Erase/Rewind' because half way through editing it, I had to replace all my avi episodes with wmv. I had to replace them because for some reason they just stopped working for me.
Dasey Online: Whoa. That's a major catastrophe =/. But the work paid off- That was a really good video, I've watched it three times personally. So faveorites...What is one of your favorite Dasey videos? Fic?
Dasey Online: Awesome. Gotta love Dasey ^^. So last questions for you...What is Dasey to you personally? Has it effected your life any?
Greenfiend03: Dasey is my favourite love/hate ship, and I guess the whole 'step-brother/step-sister' makes the ship alot more interesting and controversial. :) I guess Dasey just really affected me by bringing me into the vid making world!
